When you don’t get the right support it can make you feel frustrated, lost and hopeless. Unfortunately, I know those feelings too well, having gone through my own frustrations with my health. I got to a point where it felt like I wasn’t doing anything right and no one was able to help me.
Struggling with fertility is no different and it can feel like a very lonely journey. It’s a hard thing to talk about with others and can make you feel extremely isolated. In the almost 20 years that I have been speaking with women, I understand what you are going through. The hopes of good news and the heavy disappointment of bad news creates a constant emotional roller coaster.
My patients often come to me feeling like they have no control over their fertility and limited confidence that they will ever have a baby. So many of them are searching for answers online and feel so overwhelmed by all of the information out there. How do you know what is right for you?
I work on empowering you and helping you take control of your fertility journey and I will take the time to answer all of your questions:
“What should I be doing differently?”
“What should I eat to help me improve my fertility?”
“What supplements should I take?”
“What can I do or eat during my 2 week wait?”
I have seen time and time again that working on the areas of your health that need support, will make those beneficial changes in your body, and will help you get pregnant.
It’s never too late to start taking control of your fertility journey and feeling confident and empowered by doing something new and different to help get you pregnant.
